This looked like it was going to be fairly easy to put together and the video attached had a man that put it together in 11 minutes but not me. What is done is very pretty and I am so pleased with it once I get it fixed. It is a beautiful light and could be used in any room from the dining room, bedroom, closet even the bathroom would be fancy and who says the bath can’t be pretty, too. Get it because it is nice and you will love it. The instructions are pretty much a parts list and the written is E to C, etc. I got about 3/4 of the way with it for a few hours for two days and saw one of the tabs on the parts to hang it was bent and twisted a bit so I tried to bend it back which is not easy. I tried to install a screw to attach it and I guess the threads were messed up on the bent tab because it never would start so I stopped to order replacement parts.I will finish the assembly after I receive the replacement parts. It is quite heavy and ackward to put all of the crystals on and will not sit up any kinda way without falling o er and crystals coming back off. This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. The fixture is beautiful and very good quality. The crystal is great quality too. It comes with plenty of rods for height adjustment. My only complaint is the color light bulb that comes with chandelier. They are a warm bulb and very yellow. We didn’t realize until it was installed.
