Received today and assembly instructions are rather straightforward and took me about 10minutes to put together. I didn’t measure the height of my pantry shelves and it didn’t fit but I’m keeping regardless and ended up setting it on top of a small 3 drawer plastic organizer in pantry so no biggie! I love the functionality, the size as it will hold several spices; etc. Very sturdy organizer and I can see all of the spices I have on hand rather than rifling through and bottles falling everywhere like with my plastic 3 stair-step spice organizer. This bookcase is just as described - but better. Very attractive, retro and sturdy. Three tiers of three cubes allows for LOTS of decor options as well as storage. The nine cubes are in a vintage whitewash. The top, this is a game changer, as it is a beveled brown wood that gives luxury to the entire piece. The decorative bottom form prevents this from looking cheap. The measurements are spot on. This lovely Bookcase came un-assembled, of course. The directions were excellent. Every single screw hole lined up perfectly. I appreciate that the back of the bookcase has a panel and not just open! The back screw-down anchors definitely make a difference in the sturdiness of the overall piece. Assembly took about an hour - for UNHANDY ME, by myself. After assembly, I was able to carry this from room to room by myself without much difficulty. I love that I can purchase storage cubes that fit into the squares of the bookcase.
