They thought of everything. The lights are Solar, which attaches to the top of the umbrella. Don’t miss this, mine almost got thrown out with the trash, cause I didn’t realize the lights were Solar. Each individual light is professionally embedded, which turn on by way of a switch at the end of the umbrella, and provides just the right ambiance. Open, the umbrella covers a large rectangle table that seats 8, with room to spare around the edges. It comes with bags I filled with sand and securely holds the umbrella in place.
