Wow this thing is a beast! Battery charged rather quickly which is nice. It is a little hard to maneuver it in and out of the battery slot. However, with practice I am hoping that will become easier. Don’t use the wrench they provide. It will tear your hands up. Using this as a stair climber and descending is pretty straightforward. Maintaining pressure on the up and down button I am sure is a safety feature, but until you become a seasoned pro it takes a little finesse. Very nice! This Rolser trolley has plenty of great features for many people. Before this I had a hard plastic basket like cart, this is way lighter, more maneuverable and smart. The fabric is clearly durable and weather proof, it is light yet strong. There is a textured black plastic on the inside of the bar for comfy holding. Be aware there is only one compartment. In some items like this one may see small pockets, but not here. I am content with this, but not everyone may be . The drawstrings have one larger toggle that holds the cords well.
