First problem was that a couple of the pieces were broken upon arrival. However, customer service was super responsive and shipped us new parts within a week. Next, the instructions are very confusing, especially if you wish to assemble this table with the long side facing left. However, after all is said and done, the table looks great and the quality is superb once all of the pieces are put together correctly. Setup was done by 2 people at most times, as mentioned, there were points of confusion. When the pieces were found to be broken, we couldnt resume until the pieces were shipped to us, which had been quick. After having this nook for a month, it works really well - we use it everyday for breakfast, and dinner. The cushions are comfy enough for eating, and the bench is a nice addition for when there is not enough room on the main bench. You can fit about 4-5 people with this nook, depending on how big people are. One thing that I wish was a bit better was the sturdiness of the table, as it can move if you push it a tiny bit. Oooooohhhhh I’m in love! This nightstand is absolutely stunning. A perfect 10 in every way. I haven’t been excited about an end table, ever, so this one must be special. I got the beige one and the pictures did not do it justice. Not even close. The fabric is a creamy soft, pearl velvet that shimmers. The tufting gives it that texture and dimension that gives it a lot of depth. Let’s talk about those crystals! Wow are they amazing! There are crystals at the point of each tuft and two gorgeous crystal pulls for the drawers. Even my pictures don’t do it justice. I was trying to capture the shimmer to the fabric, the depth and dimension, but until you set your eyes on it, you will say “I’m sure glad I read Jennifer, from Murrieta’s review!” Truly, I can’t speak to the black one (although I’m certain it is just as stunning!) but the beige one is glamorous and sophisticated, fun and almost funky. If you are shopping for the primary suite or the guest room, this end table will knock your socks off. It did mine! Excellent quality and built very well. Oh and assembly was so easy! All I had to do is put the feet on. That’s it. Took me five minutes and I can barely use a screwdriver. It arrived in one day and it was packed really well. I was surprised that it was bigger and taller than I had expected which was great. When the big heavy box arrived I was excited. It took me a little while to get it out of the box because it was packed so tightly. It’s substantial and has good weight to it. I promise you will like this table as much, if not more, than I do.. Oh my what a challenge! There are really only pictures with arrows to provide direction. There was no parts list, however, I laid everything out and hoped! It took two days and probably a total of 6 hours to install. All the parts were there, so thankful. The only problem with the light is the crystal chandelier part was not level, it was twisted and did not notice this until ready to install. I managed to get it back to its correct shape but was concerned the welds would break, luckily it held. Anyway, it is quite beautiful and love it in my office.
