I love these chairs! They are ALMOST exactly as described. Sturdy, easy assembly, and despite other reviews, comfortable. (They are for my formal dining room, so seated sessions will be infrequent and relatively short.) Taupe is a nice neutral color. The legs are stained pretty dark, I would call it black. I almost didn’t buy them because of the schematic dimensions. I even called to confirm dimensions and the rep was obviously looking at the same thing. Schematic indicates 20” high 6” seat. Which would make the chair rise 26” under my 27” table apron. The true dimension from floor to top of seat is 19” - which is perfect for my table. I love this couch! It's really a statement piece in our efficiency apartment that we rent out for short-term stays. ("The Canyon") The fabric makes it look posh/interesting. It's comfortable, but not cushiony. It seems like it's going to keep its shape over time better than other, more billowy, couches. I sprayed it with upholstery protector when it was brand new and it did well. No change in color or texture. Delivery was smooth and easy. I really appreciated having it set up for us, even though it's a pretty simple assembly. I paid over $900, which I think might be a little overpriced for the quality. I LOVE this couch! It is absolutely beautiful! If you love sparkle and glam, this is perfect for you. There is not a lot of cushion on the seat, just what is built in (no separate cushions), but it is still comfortable. We were worried the gems on the seat would be uncomfortable to sit on, but you could not feel them at all. The white pillows are soft. Jury is still out on if I want to keep the white fuzzy pillows or replace with something else to tie in with my room though. Very simple to assemble - screw in the legs, and slide the back, seat, and arms together. It feels sturdy so I think it will hold up well.
