Have this for about 15 months. Using Barkeepers for stainless steel to clean but over time, some spills have become impossible to remove. Any recommendations on other acceptable safe cleaners? I have black stainless steel. The cooktop works well. Too bad the hortizontal piece on which the knobs sit become very hot when the stove is in use. Need to be careful. Fossil Blu fireclay sinks are comprised of solid genuine crystalline-silica fireclay. When paired with a silica-based glaze and fired at 2200 degrees, the two silicas fuse together, creating a new quartz-like material. As opposed to inferior ceramic sinks, which are usually hollow core, fired at lower temperatures, and exhibit little fusing, ours is far superior and engineered to remove even the possibility of hairline cracks/crazing.
