Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. I purchased this same item 5 years ago for a rental cabin and am purchasing it again for me next one. I didn't want to pay a lot for it, but also wanted it to look good and last, so chose this due to the good reviews. When I had the first one installed the plumber said he had never heard of the brand but was surprised at how good it was. The original brushed chrome still looks beautiful.
