Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Please note you have to buy the concealed wall box with this or it cant be installed. Mine arrived with a dent and as my contractor failed to tell me before installing it, I feel I have to keep it. Had he told me before installing it, which was rhr last thing he did as his job was done, I would have exchanged it as it's a great towel warmer and works well. It’s hard to tell from the photo but these are gorgeous with slight texture. I will post another photo when I get them up. They are a bone color-not bright white, but slightly off white. Absolutely beautiful. The photo on wayfair sort of looks like there is a metallic sheen, but I’m not seeing that. They are a solid color with slight variation in texture. I will post a photo shortly when they are up, but so far I’m impressed by the quality and the shipping. Packaged very well. Update: i put it up and it’s PERFECT!! Exactly the look i was going for.
