The sink is far better than I expected - but beware it is VERY HEAVY and will require strong support from underneath as way too heavy for a standard “undermount". It is also quite deep and will drop thusly into the cabinet below. That said it should be a wonderful prep sink for my kitchen island. The finish is very smooth and lovely with a bit less gloss than pictured - which is what I prefer - and will match my natural travertine marble main sink very well. The major problem was in the acquiring: it was difficult to locate and receive, having initially ordered from another source that then (weeks later) advised it was a discontinued item by Barclay and they might get some more in MAY. Wayfair did show two in stock, however, also weeks later noted they had none and they had to (and were able to) get it shipped from the manufacturer direct.
