I’ll admit it, I ordered this a little too fast and thought I was getting a full toilet with a built-in bidet. That part is on me. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, even if you’re not super handy. Once set up, it looks very sleek and modern, and the features are exactly what you’d want. The heated seat, warm water, dryer, and multiple wash settings all work really well and feel like a big upgrade. My only note is that this is an elongated seat, so make sure your toilet is compatible. I’m actually considering upgrading my toilet to better match the fit. This is a solidly made support which looks as though it will work well. I have, however, a quibble with how it was made. There are two drainage holes at the bottom of the support so the pole doesn't sit in water. That's sensible. But the holes in my support were either fully blocked or nearly so.
