The pedestal is beautiful. But it's small. You can't fit a standard size laundry detergent bottle in it... The laundry hamper is a cool idea, but, nothing else fits in the drawer... So you only can keep an empty laundry hamper in the drawer?? Also mine shipped without an instruction manual (there isn't one online), no screws, and no clips. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. This outdoor garden faucet column combines durability, functionality, and elegance. It is a well made and attractive product. My issue and caution is that it does NOT really provide the "faucet extension" I was looking for. The faucet it comes with is fine for spilling a small bucket or washing tools. It is not a standard faucet. There is a second output on the valve that you "can" connect a hose too, but it has two issues. First,not only provides a "hose barb" connector. So you have this super clean looking tower with your faucet, and a hokey looking piece of hose with a clamp on it dangling down to actually connect your hose. The second issue is that the control for the second hose outlet is very tight to get at, and does not look like it will be durable over time. Overall this is a very nicely built unit. Heavy duty, all metal construction in the body, spring, and sprayer handle. The on-off handle is easy to use and adjust, and operates smoothly. The hardware and hoses included seem to be nice quality, although I hate when companies use metric on one end (the faucet end) and SAE on the other end (the water line hookup). My only critiques are the following: The sprayer button was NOT intuitive and while it appears to push IN, flicks up/down to change between sprayer modes. The other is that the spring is extremely stiff and therefore doesn't allow the nozzle to go much lower than the holder. The image of the brushed stainless makes the faucet appear much darker than it really is. The photo I posted is of the brushed finish in an IKEA DOMSJO double basin sink. You will also notice the handle is at a 45° angle. I had to install this way because at full-cold the handle hit my backsplash.
