This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. This pressure assisted toilet is much better than standard toilets. It can be a little loud and sounds like an airplane toilet, but with little kids it helps prevent clogs. The shipping was very good and it came intact. Customer service at wayfair is excellent. I would high recommend this toilet for remodel, replacement projects because it doesn't have a traditional stopper, water tank and the self-enclosed tank is clean and hopefully worry free for several years..
