I was sent the wrong Mattress. I guess. It was not the Mattress in the listing. However, the customer service was great and they handled it immediately. This mattress does not have a zipper and the thickness and hardness cannot be changed like the one in the picture that was listed at the time I purchased it. It is supposed to be plush, but if you know anything about more natural mattresses usually the lush is not anywhere near as plush as the synthetic ones.
