This is a nice set of stools. Even though they are solid wood, they seem a little light weight. They sit at a nice height for use at a countertop or kitchen island. The seat portion is nice and wide. The seat is comfortable except if you’re wearing shorts because the banana leaf rush seat is a little rough in the skin. I only gave them four stars because one of the holes for the leg bolts didn’t accept the bolt very well and my husband and I had to really struggle with it which was frustrating. These barstools came fully assembled which was really nice. They are cute, comfortable and functional. However, they placed a giant white sticker on them. When I tried to peel it off it didn’t come off in one piece. The glue from the bottoms of the sticker is stuck on the wood. I’m afraid if I try to get it off with a cleaning solution or adhesive remover it’s going to damage the wood on the barstool. When I try to scratch it off or use a blade, it a scratches the wood. I can flip the chair around so the sticker isn’t as noticeable, but it’s still noticeable from different angles. I’m really disappointed that I have to try and solve this problem on all 4 barstools.
