Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. We did a partial remodel and the tile regrout is next. Tub reglaze was done just before thus install and a truly great idea. Unfortunately, our plumber felt land locked into using a Symmons system to match our existing Symmons valve. We could not make Delta system work without a massive tear out. Universal valve didn’t solve the fit and screws in wrong location. So this Symmons was forced as Plan B. The Delta champagne gold was our intention and had already been installed in vanity without a problem. Not loving this very polished brass color. On the BRIGHT side The shower head is huge with 7 variations for water patterns. This is a 3rd floor main bathroom and I wish it had more pressure. 1.5 gpm and we are on a well. There were no install problems encountered by plumber using our original Symmons valve. And because it is a modestly priced unit, maybe we will swap out to a detachable spray head later on. Just know on the color - this is NOT even close to the Delta champagne gold. That is softer dreamy color and all quality, not at all like Symmons brushed brass.
