I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. It's a great desk! It's exactly as described - everything fits together perfectly and it's very sturdy which is what I was hoping for. No issues with delivery, it got here sooner than expected. The assembly instructions recommend 2 people but I managed to do it on my own in probably about 3 hours (with several interruptions). Only issue I had with assembly is that at one point it is possible to lose a screw within the hollow metal leg if you're not extremely careful. I also managed to drop the allen wrench down that same hole while trying to fish the screw out - took me probably about 15 minutes to completely remove the leg (thankfully I have an extra set of allen wrenches), get the screw & wrench out, and then reassemble that portion of the desk. But other than that I was able to put it all together by myself - though when it comes time to flip the desk (you build it starting upside down) you may need an extra person depending on your strength.. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try.
