Had insomnia so I decided to put one together. It went together easily. The most difficult point is when you put the circles together. Join two pieces and then join those together to make a circle. As the circle will be oblong at first you have to ease the two parts together incrementally pulling the teo sides apart to make a more perfect circle. Push these joints together firmly. Pass a screw through all 4 screw holes to make sure they are fully joined. Doing this saved me a lot of frustration. It has no plastic coating which won’t end ip in my garden when it chips from UV damage. Instead there is a powder coating of paint on metal which is great as this can be touched up or if needed.. K. TL,DR: The quality is good for the money and while you may have some alignment issues, overall this is a good buy. I do recommend treating the wood with a natural wood sealer (the kind used for garden beds) to protect from UV and water damage, to make it last longer. The Good: - Quality Wood - Smells Good - Hardware seems to be decent quality, hopefully it does not rust - Comes Partially Assembled, easy to put together (30 minutes, tops). The Bad: - The cross bars are only held in place with 1 or 2 staples at each joint, so they come apart very easily. - The alignment of the cross bars was wrong on one of the arbors I received so I had to disassemble it and put it back together myself with adhesive. Thankfully disassembly was easy because they are only held together by a staple or two... which is bad but in this case good? While this is not staked yet it surprised me how well made it is. The vinyl is really thick and durable. It was super easy to assemble. We are planning to use pavers to make a reading area for summer days. We will landscape around it with some flowers. It has great potential. There is a large tree for shade. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this arbor it is nice wood and the color is very nice as well, I would advise you determine and measure first the location you want this to be placed as it is bigger than you might think. Also, some help would be needed to put the arbor together, put the pieces of the doors together before you start putting the screws in so you make sure that everything is leveled and both doors close right..
