The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. Don't go to all the trouble of weaving a lattice pie top. It's so easy to cut a beautiful lattice pie top with a pie top cutter. A reversible cutter makes a beautiful ornate lattice weave on one side and hearts on the other. Dress up your pies for family dinners, bake sales, or just a little something different. To use, simply roll out your top crust dough, lay dough on the cutter, then roll your rolling pin across the dough, and the pattern of cut-outs is made.

This sifter arrived on time and as expected. It works as advertised. It was purchased to have use with someone with less hand strength because the circle crank is easier than some of the other models.
