Aside from shipping issues these tiles are great. They are strong and forgiving of less than desirable walls. Watch the videos and do exactly as they say and installation with be quick and smooth. I used these for my bathtub surround and being 68 doing it alone I was able to do it all myself. I did it in two days mostly because I was hesitant about doing it around the water lines. my plumbing hadn't been touched since at least the 50s and had longer bigger pipes than today. Cutting and drilling out the holes was never a problem. I will say though using a utility knife for anything other than trimming edges is difficult. Luckily I had a small table saw that worked great. This is the second time that WF has sent us the wrong item. They picked up the first item, which is incorrect, and two days later, we got another wrong item the measurements are incorrect, and the design is incorrect. We called again to customer service and was told we would get a response from the solution team, which was 2 days ago. Still no response.
