Backsplash from this sink came chipped, the Transolid said that they can’t ship a new backsplash, and we have to return the whole piece, which was ridiculous. Truth be told I really wanted a black enamel sink, but once I saw the price tag for them, I looked for alternatives. I’m very happy with this sink. It looks great and it’s really easy to clean. The only drawback for me is how hard this material is. Which means it’s not as forgiving if you drop your dish in the sink. There’s a much greater chance for chips and breaks.
