Update 524 Contacted Wayfair the day I found my dented bottom piece. They got me in touch with Monument Grills the same day through their support. Monument Grills shipped out a new replacement base plate and I received it today. Excellent customer service. Changed my review from one star to 4. Would of made it a 5 if I didnt have to go through having to contact Support in the first place. Used the grill a few times now. Cooks great. Came dented. I read numerous reviews stating theirs were dented. I decided to roll the dice. No luck. My dent was on the side of the lower base plate. It affected the uniform shape of the grill. Really had to tighten screws to get things to go. The right door just falls off when I open it because the lower peg is slightly unaligned. Hopefully I can contact someone and get this replaced. 5/5 Stars – Easy to use, great space, minor seal issue I recently bought the MAISON BACKYARDS Vertical Electric Pellet Smoker and overall I’m really happy with it. The vertical design with four adjustable racks gives plenty of space to cook multiple items at once. The LED temperature control is simple and holds steady, and the included meat probe is a nice bonus. The water and wood trays also help keep the meat moist and flavorful without much effort. My only complaint is the front glass seal isn’t as tight as it should be, and I’ve noticed some smoke escaping. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. It works great, held temp well in 30 degree weather with 20-30 mph gusts. The only issue I have is the WiFi: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
