This table top fire pit is a great idea, but there are some things to consider. First and most importantly, I would not recommend having one of these around young children. The rocks are small, the flame is open on the sides, and it is easy to access the fuel— lit or unlit. There were no assembly instructions included. While this is easy to assemble, it might have been helpful to have pointed out that the fuel reservoir is silver and covered in a plastic film. Also, fill the reservoir after placing the rocks so that none fall into the fuel. And, fill it when you have it in its location, not before you carry it somewhere. I’d also plan to put it somewhere with limited airflow because light breezes or ceiling fans can cause the flame to flicker and lay over. I do love the idea of being able to change the rocks if a different color or type is preferred. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service.
