They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens. These are beautiful shower doors (for my bathtub, actually). They are exactly as described. Their quality is excellent, and because of the extended size, they fit my uncommonly-sized tub enclosure perfectly. However, my tub is quite old and unfortunately the bottom brackets are too wide to be secured into the porcelain rim, and regretfully, I am unable to use these doors.. Marlene. New York, NY.
