Very pleased with the results of these lights. Adjustable and easy to install. Must be assembled but was very easy to assemble and we were able to assemble install 5 lights in couple hours. The bulbs are 40 watts and provide plenty of light for the area, approximately a 2500 sq foot barn. We also have small ceiling lights over the stalls but the amount of light these new ones provide would very easily be enough. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage.
