I wanted purple dishes and these were great. I’ve had the same dishes for 47 years so I was due for a change. The bowls are very deep and the sandwich plates are a bit smaller than I’m used to, but actually work great so I don’t fill up my plate and can cut calories. They go thru the dishwasher just fine. Ok - this is several years down the road and wanted to update folks on this rug. Initially, we loved it. I still love the color and it is very comfortable underfoot. However, this rug sheds horribly and has stretched and shrunk in size since it is not bound. Constantly had to adjust it and the shed was constant and just a mess. We finally could not take it anymore and sent to landfill. I did not want anyone else to have to deal with what we had so didn't even consider donation! We love our new rug ! The color is perfect for our room and décor - and the quality is top notch. I wanted something that would be soft and cushioned somewhat underfoot, but not a high pile that would be hard to maintain. All three rugs are just beautiful. I put them down and they flattened out within a couple of days. I have a concern about the 5x7 the fringe on the left side is not tacked on the back of the rug so it doesn’t lay flat on that corner.
