Nice looking tub, but while inspecting prior to install notices that the holes were very rough with burrs that would catch the threads on a cloth, would definitely scratch you in the tub. Repair person was sent and it can be fixed. Unfortunately after install we found that light shines directly through the tub and the fiberglass is paper thin (noticed from a plumbing hatch in the closet behind the tub). The fiberglass repair guy says it will need to be removed and be reinforced to properly fix. The real question is what else will be wrong with this tub?! One BIG guy and his little helper to carry in a heavy $$$$ 72” TUB. I felt sorry for the “helper” “handling” my huge tub by himself on a wobbly dolly . The BIG guy with an attitude WATCHED the “helper” and really didn’t care where he put the $$$$ tub. I’m not sure what happened but the BIG guy does not like his job and should not be in front of customers. MY $$$$ tub looks to be damaged …. Tub Box is crushed. I shall see how this works out.. Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. Very energy efficient and sleek looking. I installed through the wall with no issues. Only problem is that it was damaged during shipping but Wayfair made it right.
