This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. I never had to force any bolts into place or modify anything to make it fit. That level of precision shows excellent quality control and made the setup process smooth and frustration-free.
