It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. This is the third black pyramid 60 inch rectangular wall mount bathroom sink that I’ve had and had to return the other two they were scratched and one was broken in pieces that I have to do a five star reading. They’re beautiful sinks and wafer. It was very quick to respond to give me another one, and and replace them as soon as I contacted them. It was a great experience, but unfortunately, you know two of them were broken. There was nothing that anybody could do about that. All in all they are really good and standby. The tub is beautiful and I can't believe the price for a stone resin tub. I was quoted more for an acrylic tub, which would have cheapened the overall look of my bathroom remodel. It was perfectly crated and undamaged. It took 4 men huffing and puffing to haul it to my primary bath, but it was just installed and all is working well. A few things to note: it is thinner than I imagined it to be based on the weight, so I hope it doesn't mean it is more fragile in the long term. the matte will definitely get scuffs when installing, but it comes right out with the sander..
