I love, love, love the sink. Originally we had a cast-iron sink that the finish was worn off of. We tried cleaning it, but this did not help even bleach did not take the stains off of the material. So we decided to put in a new sink unfortunately the sink was very large 42 to 43 inches wide so we are limited on what we could put in there. We found the sink on Wayfair. It was 42 inches wide by 22 inches. We decided to try it when the sink arrived. We looked at it and thought “oh no it’s not gonna fit” but when the plumber came, he was able to get it in and it perfectly fits. This is one of the best upgrades that we’ve done in our house. We’ve had it in for about six months and there are not any scratches or anything like that on it. The cutting board stores easily near the sink. It’s easy to clean and maintain and our whole family loves the upgraded look of the kitchen since putting in the new sink and faucet. When paired with its tank, the Aquia IV meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California CEC and CALGreen requirements. The Aquia IV comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: compatible tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and T40 Washlet®+ or seat designed for Washlet®+ models.

After spending a substantial amount of time reading reviews and product ratings for several 40 gallon gas water heaters, I selected this unit which was on sale for a competitive price. All my appliances are the GE brand and have been very reliable over time. Most big box brands only come with a 6-year tank warranty although upgradeable at an extra charge.
