The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. FIVE Stars! First off, Wayfair AND KOHLER have the most phenomenal customer service and I write that because we had trouble with our first plumber saying products were defective and they were not it was the plumbers inadequacy. Kohler makes the best products and I chose to have every toilet and faucet and drain by Kohler. This being said, I love the luxurious Kohler faucets for my double sink. I didn’t get a Kohler sink, so note if and when you indulge in these faucets, if your sink is like mine, you will need a universal drain since the sink is a “concealed drain” (which a drain is included, just not universal) which I was told my Kohler means it will not be able to flood over. Anyway, these faucets are an absolute splurge for us, but for our primary shower that we hope to use for the next 15-20 years living here, we (being me, I) felt it was worth it. Thank you Wayfair.
