Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material. Unfortunately this door isn’t going to work in our bathroom. There isn’t quite enough room for the door to open all the way as the bathroom is quite small. The doors themselves look very nice - quality glass with a thin black metal strip around them I think they look sharp. The box came pretty damaged (see the last photo) but the glass was intact and all the parts appear to be there too. It’s definitely a nice looking door it’s just not going to work for us.. Gwenn.
