Having never ordered from Wayfair before, I was a bit hesitant, especially since I was ordering an open box. The price was too good to pass up. I bit the bullet and took a chance. I worried unnecessarily though. It was a great experience. Good communication, quick shipping and was delivered earlier than expected. Item works perfectly. There’s all sorts of options for fire color. You can use the rocks too but I like the look of being a real fire. Would definitely recommend this fireplace and the company.. Anonymous.
