We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. Unit is defective from manufacturer. Contractor installed and the hood will not raise up. I know electrical controls pretty well and after doing some troubleshooting the button to raise the hood gets no power from the board and the fuse is in good condition. Hope it gets fixed quickly.. When this sofa was delivered in three boxes, I was frankly skeptical. In all of my prior experience, sofas were one solid piece of furniture that arrived with a protective covering of shrink wrap. I was in for a big surprise. As we unboxed this sofa, a number of things became clear. The construction is quite ingenious. The frame consists of six pieces. There are two bases, two backs and two arms. All of these fit tightly together with interlocking metal brackets that easily but securely connect. There are twelve legs that screw into the framework of the sofa. The assembly instructions are very easy to follow but hardly even necessary. Best of all, the comfort of this sofa is excellent thanks to the firmness of the two seat and two back cushions and the lovely boucle fabric. All Safety First cooktops have an extended 3-year limited warranty for parts and labor. The SINCH115V2B is a 2-zone induction cooktop with 110-120V power sources. The pre-installed cord includes a 3-prong NEMA 5-15P plug for fast setup. Smooth black glass made by EuroKera creates an attractive, easy-to-clean surface. This cooktop features two 1200W standard 6" elements to accommodate most general cooking needs. NOTE: Due to the 115V operation, a power management function limits the overall output to 1800W. If both elements are in use and the power exceeds 1800W, the cooktop will automatically reduce the power level of the element that is not being adjusted. For maximum user safety, this cooktop is designed with a 30-minute automatic shutoff mechanism. This mechanism disables each burner after half an hour of no user activity to prevent unsupervised cooking. The ovens seem to work well and so far temperatures seem accurate. My biggest issue is the racks - the slide-out racks are GREAT, but they do take up extra room. I wish there was a flat rack available. Also, you get 3 racks for 2 ovens - 2 slide-outs and 1 floor rack. That means that you really can't load up both ovens at the same time. I am planning on purchasing a second floor rack for the upper oven. I have used the proofing setting (works fine) and bake, of course, but none of the other options yet. Oven surface is easy to wipe clean. One feature I would love in the app is an indication of the current temp of the oven. It shows on the oven itself, but not on the app (when preheating).. Jkl_co.
