My only complaint is that each gate has 2 latches so the gates are impossible to open with one hand, so I tied a string to the latches (there is a metal loop on top of each latch) so that I just have to pull up the string with one hand to open both latches on one gate at the same time.. This is a good quality product, but some of the pre-drilled holes did not line up which caused some issues when assembling the crate.
