I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! The vacuum provides four levels of filtration which consists of an eight quart HEPA bag, cloth shake out bag, HEPA premotor filter, and an exhaust filter. The Ergo Backpack vacuum can be adjusted to left or right hand operation and easily converts to a blower providing an extra cleaning dimension. The vacuum can safely capture dry particulate including dust, dirt, and debris. This product should not be used for hazardous particulate.
