Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter. The hose in the back is small. Our old one had a bigger hose and would still get clogged up so I'm concerned about that, but so far it hasn't been a problem. Overall, I'm glad we got it.. Michelle.
