Love the pieces. The quality and workmanship is as expected and the look is exactly what we wanted for our screen room. There were several delays in the shipping which was frustrating but the customer service person assigned by Wayfair to track them down was excellent and when they arrived it was worth the wait. This is a very solid and well made outdoor seating group. The assembly was a little more than expected, though, as I had to get the wood pegs properly aligned with the heavy pieces. Love the style, design and color of these chairs. They are lightweight enough to move easily. The oversized width makes them super comfortable. The instructions were easy to follow. Some parts were mislabeled but in the end all of the parts were there. The only downside to the chairs is they are a bit low to the ground and might be hard for some older adults to get out of them.
