The floral chair backs were a little bent when they came out of the box and I am not sure if it was caused from the shipping or it came from the manufacture that way. This is a very solid and well made outdoor seating group. The assembly was a little more than expected, though, as I had to get the wood pegs properly aligned with the heavy pieces. I would say to take everything out of the packaging and assemble it all took me an hour or so to do by myself. The set looks just like and matches the online pictures of it very well. Love the style, design and color of these chairs. They are lightweight enough to move easily. The oversized width makes them super comfortable. The instructions were easy to follow. Some parts were mislabeled but in the end all of the parts were there. The only downside to the chairs is they are a bit low to the ground and might be hard for some older adults to get out of them. The rockers are very nice and comfortable. They were excellently packed and the instructions were good. Just have patience and take your time putting together. The drill bit provided ending up stripping a screw so we used the hex key which was very time consuming.
