This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. Wayfair customer service went above and beyond to replace the original “lost” shipment when the first transportation company claimed the hood was delivered and signed for. The documentation proved that to be impossible based on the date it left the warehouse. I originally had the Nostalgie I bought a little over two years ago. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo.
