I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. First, I'm not sure this is quartz. It's matte finish, not polished like in the pictures and feels like some sort of composite. Worse, it's not 21" deep. It's 19" deep. This is a huge problem for me as it does not fit. My contractor built out the wall to make it fit, but it doesn't look so good.
