These shelves live up to their billing. I like that there is some wood grain on all the surfaces to make these look more like wood. They are super easy to put up; you just need a drill, a level, and a Phillips screwdriver. The screws and wall anchors are provided. It would have been nice to receive some white peel-off stickers to cover the screws, but I can come up with something on my own to do that. Generally pretty happy with this. Feels solid, instructions were clear, easy to put together. Only issue was that on the middle shelf, not sure if the pilot holes underneath weren't deep enough, but the screws to secure it to the bar ended up creating enough pressure that it pushed a point up and cracked the finish, and the screws hadn't even gone in all the way yet. But not major enough to really notice unless you look closely. I enjoy the simple and minimalistic design that allowed me to avoid creating holes to put up shelves while still having shelves.. Jose.
