I definitely enjoyed the over hang so were not fighting for cover its more than enough. It kept me warm but not to hot so stll breathable material. The durability is pretty good so far. I also enjoy the fact that I can switch sides as im not a huge fan of the palm trees. The color was great it brighten the room and gave it amore crisp look.This was definitely I good try for us.. This design is engineered and pieced to create a unique and elegant master bedroom statement. The all-over scroll stitch pattern appears on the bed platform, but the quilt is framed by contrasting channel-quilted borders, with an additional medallion scroll band added to the outer edge of the quilt.

I am very pleased with this bedding set. It is very high quality and all cotton so washable. The colors are exactly as seen online. One thing to be careful when ordering... the quilt is sold separately from the shams. I'm guessing a lot of people have ordered and been disappointed to realize the shams are sold separately..
