This is a fairly substantial outdoor cat-house. We have a few strays that we care for, and I want to be sure they have somewhere to go this winter (besides going under our front porch!). The insultation looks decent. I will probably do a little more to ensure it's warm inside, like getting an appropriately-sized outdoor heating pad (the floor does have a space that a cord can fit through, which is great).
