Any buyers with allergies beware. I bought what I *thought* was a 100% wool rug because wool rugs are inhospitable to dust mites (which is what I was looking for). Turns out this rug is NOT 100% wool as stated. Both Wayfair and Safavieh's sites state this rug is full wool when in fact, it's a mix of wool, polyester and cotton. It would be one thing if the under pad was cotton but when it's in the yarn too? Such a disappointment. This thing is big enough that it's not worth the effort of returning but I'll have to see how this goes with my allergies. Just shaking my head at the dishonesty.
