Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Purchased this in Sedona beige. The plastic toilet seat and the porcelain toilet base are two different shades. The plastic toilet seat is more yellow than the base.
