All the weight is taken by two small discs screws tot he side walls, and you will need to glue these as well as screw them otherwise they spin when you try to screw the adjoining pieces to them. The item arrived quickly and in impeccable condition. Contains 2 packages one of the shower base and the other for the doors. The doors are extremely heavy!
