This has such a cute concept, and it the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Its lightweight, so even after assembled, its easy to maneuver. The added tea party items were nice. The concern for me, and to be fair, it does warn the buyer to be sure of the measurements, my daughter isnt two and shes already too big for the play set.
