Super nice faucet, solid brass, nice heavy fixture and a reasonable price point. Came quickley, well packaged. No problems installing. I really like that it has a pop up and down drain stop. I have these types in my master bath and love how eay they can be pull out and cleaned. The brushed gold is beautiful, I'm having trouble finding matching brushed gold accessories to go with it. While the maker does have a few choices, there are only a few types to choose from and I'm not a fan of how the look. Love the sleek look of the faucet and it functions very smoothly. Would recommend. UPDATE ON ITEM ...... faucet started leaking within 30 days. Waiting on replacement. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
