For exterior they would need to be installed in damp location such as a covered porch, soffit, etc.. A place where the fixtures would not receive direct saturation.

Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult. These look amazing in my bathroom. I love that they turn so I can get forward facing light when I do my makeup. Most of the time they are creating the perfect glow of light against the wall.
